Title:Izobraževanje zaposlenih za odgovorno ravnanje s tekstilnimi komunalnimi odpadki v podjetju cerop d. o. o.

Abstract:Zelo pomembno vlogo za obstoj podjetja ima izobraževanje oziroma investiranje v zaposlene, kajti samo izobražen kader je lahko učinkovit in ključen člen za uspeh podjetja. V diplomski nalogi smo opredelili pomen izobraževanja zaposlenih za odgovorno ravnanje s tekstilnimi komunalnimi odpadki v podjetju CEROP d. o. o. Zbiranje podatkov smo izvedli z anonimno anketo, ki smo jo razdelili med zaposlene. Zanimalo nas je, kaj zaposlene motivira in kateri dejavniki jih pri tem ovirajo. Ustrezno izpolnjenih je bilo 60 anket. Rezultati so pokazali, da je višja plača največji motivator med zaposlenimi v podjetju CEROP d. o. o. Večina zaposlenih je odgovorila, da jim je večja plača bistven motivator za dodatno izobraževanje. Zraven tega na motivacijo vpliva tudi preizkušnja lastnih sposobnosti, pridobivanje k lastnemu razvoju ter možnost napredovanja. Opazimo, da v manjši meri posameznike motivira večji vpliv. Glavna ovira, zakaj se zaposleni ne odločajo za dodatno izobraževanje so pomankanje prostega časa in družinske obveznosti. V manjši meri pa so zaposleni kot oviro pri izobraževanju izbrali starost, pomanjkanje ambicij in pomankanje zanimanja. Ocenili smo tudi, da se zaposleni v večji meri želijo izobraževati z delavnicami in skupinskimi izobraževanji. Podatki, ki smo jih zbrali, bodo lahko podjetju CEROP d. o. o. v pomoč za motiviranost zaposlenih k dodatnemu izobraževanju in s tem tudi k dodatnemu uspehu podjetja.

Title:Education of employees for responsible management of municipal textile waste at cerop d. o. o.
Abstract:Education and investment in employees play a very important role in a company's survival, because only an educated workforce can be effective and a key link to a company's success. In the thesis we have defined the importance of employee education for responsible management of textile municipal waste in CEROP d. o. o. Data collection was carried out by means of an anonymous survey distributed to employees. We wanted to know what motivates employees and what factors hinder them. 60 surveys were duly completed. The results showed that higher salaries are the biggest motivator among employees at CEROP d. o. o. A large majority of employees said that a higher salary was a key motivator for them to take further training. Motivation is also influenced by testing your own abilities, learning to develop yourself and the opportunity to progress. We observe that to a lesser extent, individuals are motivated by greater influence. Lack of free time and family commitments are the main barriers to employees taking up further training. To a lesser extent, employees chose age, lack of ambition and lack of interest as barriers to education. We also found that employees are more willing to be trained through workshops and group training. The data we have collected will help CEROP d. o. o. to motivate its employees to further their education and thus contribute to the success of the company.
