Abstract:

Title:
Human hoist
Abstract:
The master's thesis presents the development of a human hoist which is intended for mechanics, maintenance workers and anyone else who is exposed to inconvenient postures during their work time. A human hoist enables a transition from a sitting position to a low creeper without major exertions on the user. In accordance with methods of construction, a human hoist was provided with suitable drivers and mechanisms which are meant to efficiently deal with the transition from a sitting to a lying position. We dealt with critical parts of a human hoist using computational analysis. With that said, we encapsulated the entire process of the construction of a human hoist, from different starting variants to the functional 3D model and its belonging technical documentation.
