Abstract:	V diplomskem delu je predstavljen postopek integriranja vitke proizvodnje v podjetju Tech-Gum, ki se ukvarja s proizvodnjo izdelkov iz gume. Za začetek sem raziskoval težave, s katerimi se podjetje ukvarja zaradi neorganizirane proizvodnje. V tem podjetju sem vodja proizvodnje in sem te napake zlahka opazil. Najprej sem preučil teorijo, katero sem uporabil za eliminiranje napak. Po preučitvi teorije sem se odločil za metode, ki bi, glede na moja opažanja, podjetju najbolj koristila. To so metode vitke proizvodnje: 5S, Kaizen, SFM, Gamba obhod in Poke-Yoke. Cilj naloge je bil vključiti tudi vse zaposlene, zato sem jim razdelil vprašalnike, s katerimi sem želel izvedeti njihovo stališče glede organiziranosti proizvodnje in delovnega okolja. Rezultat naloge je bolje organizirana proizvodnja in zadovoljni zaposleni.

Title:	Integrating lean manufacturing in the company Tech-Gum d.o.o.
Abstract:	This thesis presents the process of integrating lean manufacturing in Tech-Gum, a company engaged in the production of rubber products. To start with, I researched the problems the company is facing due to disorganised production. I am a production manager in this company and these mistakes were easy for me to spot. First, I studied the theory I used to eliminate errors. After studying the theory, I decided on the methods that I thought would be most beneficial for the company. These are lean production methods: the 5S, Kaizen, SFM, Gamba walk and Poke-Yoke. The aim of the exercise was also to involve all employees, so I distributed questionnaires to find out their views on the organisation of production and the working environment. The result is better organised production and happy employees.
