Abstract:Vpenjalne priprave so nepogrešljiv del kovinsko predelovalne industrije. Povečajo hitrost proizvodnje, rentabilnost procesa in olajšajo delo. V diplomskem delu je predstavljena naloga, ki so mi jo dodelili v podjetju Reseda D.O.O. za izdelavo modularne vpenjalne priprave za obdelavo aluminijastega odlitka. V nalogi smo s pomočjo različnih računalniških in spletnih pripomočkov ter razne strokovne literature izdelali vpenjalno pripravo, ki je ekonomična in zadostuje vsem potrebam procesa obdelave.

Title:Design of a modular clamping device for machining an aluminum casting
Abstract:Clamping devices are an indispensable part of the metalworking industry. They increase the production speed, the profitability of the process and makes work easier. The present work represents the task I was given in Reseda D.O.O. for the production of a modular fixture for machining aluminum castings. In the task, with the help of various computer and online tools and various technical literature, we have produced a fixtureing device that is economical and meets all the requirements of the machining process.
