Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo za obdelovanec izdelali modularno vpenjalno pripravo. Vpenjalno pripravo smo zasnovali tako, da se je vpetje obdelovanca izvedlo učinkovito in preprosto. Predstavili smo kako je sestavljena vpenjalna priprava in na kakšen način je obdelovanec vpet. Vpenjalno pripravo smo izdelali kot 3D model in izdelali posnetek sestave. Naredili smo navodila montaže, vzdrževanja in uporabe. Navedli smo stroj, delovni potek in orodje, s katerim ga bomo obdelovali. Na koncu smo izdelali stroškovno kalkulacijo vpenjalne priprave.

Title:Design of a modular clamping device for the cartridge core milling process
Abstract:The diploma thesis presents the designing of a modular clamping device for the workpiece. We designed a clamping device in a way that enabled the clamping of the workpiece to be carried out efficiently and easy. We have presented how the clamping device is assembled and how the workpiece is clamped. A 3D model and a video animation of the assembly of the clamping device was made. We prepared the assembly, user's and maintenance instructions. We have listed the machine, the workflow and the tools to be used for the tehnological process. In the end, we also made a cost calculation of the clamping device.
