Abstract:Naloga obsega obdelavo in analizo ekstrakcije industrijske konoplje in njenega ekstrakta na doma narejenem avtomatiziranem procesnem sistemu za ekstrakcijo z etanolom. V diplomski nalogi je ovrednoten prenos toplote izbrane komponente z okolico in izguba etanola med procesom. Procesni sistem je sestavljen iz reaktorja, kondenzatorja, ter cevi ki povezuje reaktor in kondenzator. Za uravnavanje količine raztopine in dovajanje hladilne vode pa so zadolženi črpalka, tehnica in dva termometra, kateri so povezani in regulirani z računalnikom. Masni izkoristek ekstrakcije znaša 5,228 %, masni izkoristek etanola 91,52 %, toplotni izkoristek procesa pa 97,54 %.

Title:Development and usage of a process sytem for the extraction of hemp resin from industrial hemp
Abstract:The task consists of processing and analysing the extraction of industrial hemp and its extract on a home-made automated process system for ethanol extraction. The thesis evaluates the heat transfer of the selected component with its surroundings and the loss of ethanol during the process. The process system consists of a reactor, a capacitor, and a pipe connecting the reactor and the capacitor. The pump, the technical and two thermometers connected and regulated by the computer are responsible for regulating the amount of the solution and supplying the cooling water. The mass efficiency of the extraction is 5,228 %, the ethanol mass efficiency is 91,52 % and the thermal efficiency of the process is 97,54 %.
