Title:Zmanjšanje mase ogrodja vpenjalnega bloka s pomočjo topološke optimizacije : diplomsko delo

Abstract:V sodelovanju s podjetjem Ledinek Engineering d.o.o. sem izdelal diplomsko nalogo na temo že obstoječega gibajočega se ogrodja vpenjalnega bloka. Ta ima funkcijo vpetja deske z zračno blazino kot aktuatorjem. Vse skupaj je del Kontizink linije, katere produkt je čelno zlepljen les. Cilj diplomske naloge je redukcija mase ogrodja, pri čim večji togosti, tako s spremembo geometrije modela, kot izbiro ustreznega materiala s manjšo gostoto pri čemer je potrebno določiti ustrezen postopek izdelave. Doseči želimo manjše obremenitve na nosilno konstrukcijo ob gibanju ogrodja in povečati dodano vrednost na produkt. Pomagali smo si metodo končnih elementov in izvedli topološko optimizacijo, na podlagi katere smo dobili osnovo za razvoj nove oblike.

Title:Mass reduction of clamping block frame by using topology optimization
Abstract:In cooperation with Ledinek Engineering d.o.o. we made a diploma thesis about already existing frame of the clamping block. The block has the function of clamping each wooden board with an air bellow as an actuator. The process is part of the Kontizink line, which products are finger jointed wooden boards . The aim of the diploma thesis is to reduce the mass of the frame, with keeping stiffness as high as possible. We will achive that by changing the geometry of the model and choosing a suitable material with a lower density. We will also define appropriate manufacturing process. We used the finite element analysis and topology optimization as a basis for developing a new form.
