Abstract:
Uvod: Paliativna oskrba obravnava bolnike s kronično neozdravljivo boleznijo in jim omogoča čimbolj kakovostno življenje. Prav tako njihovim svojcem daje podporo, jim pomaga in nudi oporo in pomoč pri žalovanju po smrti. Vloga družine je tako zelo pomembna. Bolnikom daje moč in podporo ter voljo premagovati težke trenutke. S pregledom literature želimo ugotoviti pomen vključenosti družine v paliativno oskrbo. Metode: Uporabili smo sistematični pristop, ki je vključeval metodo pregleda, analize in sinteze znanstvene literature. Vso literaturo smo poiskali s pomočjo mednarodnih baz podatkov v CINAHL, PubMed, Cochrane Library in Google Scholar. Pri iskanju smo določili vključitvene in izključitvene kriterije. Proces poteka iskanja in izbora relevantne literature smo predstavili na PRISMA diagramu. Uporabili smo metodo tematske analize in sinteze podatkov. Rezultati: V podatkovnih bazah smo našli 1586 zadetkov. V končno analizo smo jih vključili 10. Analiza podatkov se je pokazala v temah paliativna oskrba, pomen družinske oskrbe in predlogi za izboljšanje družinske in paliativne oskrbe. Razprava in zaključek: Družinska oskrba je zelo pomembna. Vključevanje družine in svojcev ter pomembnih drugih je za bolnika ključnega pomena. Kot najpomembnejšo je treba izpostaviti komunikacijo, poslušanje drugih in upoštevanje želja ter iskanje kompromisov.

Title:
The importance of family care inperson-centered palliative care
Abstract:
Introduction: The focus of palliative care is to provide relief from the symptoms and stress of a serious illness while also improving the quality of life for both the patient and the patient's family. It also provides support for patients and their family coping with death. The role of the family is so important. It gives patients the strength, support, and will to overcome difficult moments. Our literature review aims to identify the importance of family involvement in palliative care. Methods: The systematic approach, which included the method of review, analysis, and later synthesis of the collected scientific literature was used. All literature was searched using international databases CINAHL, PubMed, Cochrane Library, and Google Scholar. The search was based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The process of searching and selecting the relevant literature is presented in a PRISMA diagram. We used thematic analysis and data synthesis. Results: In databases, we found 1586 hits, which were reviewed, and those that were not suitable, we excluded. In the final analysis, 10 hits were included. The analysis of the data resulted in the themes: palliative care, the importance of family care, and ideas for improving family and palliative care. Discussion and conclusion: Family care is very important. The involvement of family and relatives and significant others is the key meaning for the patient. We realized how important is communication, listening to others and consideration of wishes and search for compromises.
