Abstract:V diplomskem delu so predstavljene osnove vitke linije, bolj podrobno pa je razdelanih nekaj njenih gradnikov, kot so metoda 5S, metoda 5x ZAKAJ, 7 vrst izgub, poka-yoke, TPM – Total productive maintenance in SMED – Single minute exchange of dies. Opisana je tudi proizvodnja just-in-time. V nadaljevanju je opisan glavni pojem diplomskega dela – kanban. Omenjene so tudi zaloge, ki so v sodobni proizvodnji ključnega pomena. V praktičnem delu, izvedenem v podjetju SIP, sem se osredotočil na postavitev kanban regala na oddelku predmontaže gonil. Izvedena naloga je predstavljena od zasnove ideje do končne postavitve regala. Opisan je celoten postopek lotevanja naloge in načini reševanja težav, ki so se spotoma pojavljale.

Title:Implementation of kanban system in the department for preassembly of gear systems in sip mechanical industry
Abstract:This paper presents basic information about the lean manufacturing line, detailing some of its elements, such as the 5S method, the 5 whys technique, seven wastes, poka-yoke, TPM – Total Productive Maintenance and SMED – Single Minute Exchange of Dies, as well as the just-in-time manufacturing method. The paper goes on to describe the main term of the paper, kanban, while also mentioning stocks, which are of a key importance in modern manufacturing. In the empirical part, conducted in the SIP company, I focused on the implementation of a kanban shelving system in the gear preassembly department. The paper presents all steps, from the idea to the final installation of shelves, describing the entire process of the installation and my problem-solving techniques.
