Abstract:Eden največjih izzivov v proizvodnem podjetju je načrtovati svoj proizvodni program, ki je v največji meri odvisen od povpraševanja kupcev na tržišču. Podjetja, ki se dandanes srečujejo s povečanjem povpraševanj, se morajo na slednjega pravilno odzvati. Določena podjetja se odločijo, da bodo povečala svoje proizvodne sisteme. Pri tem pa strmijo, da bodo razlike med razpoložljivimi in potrebnimi kapacitetami čim manjše. Za učinkovito proizvodnjo pa je nujno uravnavati planiranje kapacitet. V magistrski nalogi bo predstavljen približan realni proizvodni sistem za razvoj novega izdelka MIKROVENT v podjetju MIK Celje d.o.o, in sicer s pomočjo izračunov in s pomočjo računalniške programske opreme. Podjetje se ukvarja z razvojem novega izdelka za prezračevanje. Zaradi povečanja obsega povpraševanja, se je vodstvo odločilo nadgraditi obstoječi in izdelati nov proizvodni sistem z osmimi linijami. Magistrska naloga bo zavzemala preučitev realnega proizvodnega sistema in s tem seznanitev z vsemi delovnimi mesti kot tudi z delovnimi operacijami. Potrebno bo izvesti meritve vseh potrebnih parametrov za izračun kapacitet in delovnih sredstev. S pomočjo računalniške programske opreme Autodesk Inventor bom pripravil približen realni sistem kot so si ga zamislili v podjetju. Prav tako bom z izmerjenimi rezultati iz empiričnega dela opravil računalniške simulacije in s tem pridobil vpogled v nov načrtovan proizvodni sistem.

Title:Planning and installing a new production line in the company MIK Celje d.o.o.
Abstract:One of the biggest challenges in a manufacturing company is to plan its production program, which depends to the greatest extent on customer demand in the market. Companies that today face an increase in demand must respond to it properly. A certain company has decided to increase its production system. In doing so, they ensure that the differences between available and required capacities will be as small as possible. For efficient production, it is necessary to regulate the planning capacity. In the Master's thesis, an approximate real production system for the development of the new product MIKROVENT in the company MIK Celje d.o.o. will be presented, otherwise with the help of calculations and with the help of computer software. The company is developing a new ventilation product. Due to the increase in the volume of demand, the management decided to upgrade the existing and create a new production system with eight lines. The master's thesis will involve the examination of a real production system and thus familiarization with all jobs as well as work operations. It will be necessary to carry out measurements of all the necessary parameters for the calculation of capacity and working resources. With the help of the computer software Autodesk Inventor, I will prepare an approximate real system, as you imagined in the company. I will also use the measured results from the empirical work to perform computer simulations and thus gain insight into the new production system plan.
