Abstract:
Glavni cilj diplomske naloge je identificirati in predstaviti orodja, s pomočjo katerih imamo več možnosti za uspešno reševanje problemov načrtovanja projekta. Diplomska naloga je razdeljena na teoretični in praktični del. V teoretičnem delu bomo raziskali razvoj projektnega vodenja skozi čas in najpomembnejše lastnosti uspešnega projektnega vodenja. V praktičnem delu bomo priljubljena orodja preizkusili ter predstavili njihove glavne prednosti in slabosti. Orodja bomo izbrali na podlagi kriterijev, ki vplivajo na uspešno reševanje problemov v sklopu načrtovanja in vodenja projektov. Orodja bomo nato primerjali in jih razvrstili glede na uporabnost.

Description and comparison of project management tools in various projects
Abstract:
The main goal of the diploma thesis is to identify and present the tools with which we have more opportunities to successfully solve project-planning problems. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, we will explore the development of project management over time and the most important features of successful project management. In the practical part, we will test the tools and present their main advantages and disadvantages. The tools will be selected based on criteria that affect the successful solution of problems in the planning and management of projects. We will then compare the tools and rank them according to usability.
