Abstract:Magistrska naloga obravnava uporabo koncepta proizvodnje brez napak, kjer se z uporabo adaptivne vizualne kontrole kvalitete prek robotskega mehanizma s pritrjeno kamero preverja kakovost industrijskih izdelkov. Za generiranje trajektorije pomika robotske roke med določenimi točkami v prostoru so se uporabili različni načrtovalci gibanja (planerji), katerih primerjalna analiza je v nalogi podrobno opisana. Na podlagi rezultatov najpomembnejših parametrov je bil izbran najprimernejši planer. Za obravnavan primer sta opisana tudi uporaba globokih nevronskih mrež v korelaciji z vizualnim zaznavanjem kakovosti elementov in interpretacija slike v smislu strojnega vida za dosego vizualne kontrole kvalitete izdelkov.

Title:Robotic cell for adaptive visual quality control
Abstract:The master's thesis discusses the use of zero defects manufacturing concept, where the quality of industrial products is checked with the help of adaptive visual quality control via a robotic mechanism with an in-hand camera. The trajectories for the robot arm movement between defined vantage points in workspace are generated with the use of various motion planners, of which benchmark results are thoroughly described in this thesis. The most suitable planner was chosen on the basis of the results of the most important parameters. The descriptions of the use of deep neural networks in correlation with visual quality inspection and of picture interpretation in regard to machine vision for visual quality inspection are also discussed.
