Title:Obravnava bolnika s kostnimi zasevki v domači oskrbi

Abstract:Uvod: Značilnost napredovalnega raka dojk so zasevki, ki se širijo v oddaljene organe s hematogenim razsojem. Med pogostejša mesta zasevanja prištevamo kosti zaradi dobre prekrvavljenosti, kjer zasevki povzročajo tanjšanje kostne strukture in posledično zlome kosti ter zaplete, ki so lahko za bolnika življenjsko nevarni. Namen diplomskega dela je bil raziskati celostno zdravstveno obravnavo bolnika s kostnimi zasevki v patronažnem varstvu in ugotoviti kakovost življenja bolnika v domačem okolju. Metode: Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo dela in kvalitativno metodologijo. Izvedli smo študijo primera bolnice z rakom dojke, zasevanim v kosti, v domačem okolju. Pridobljene podatke smo proučili, analizirali in jih opisno predstavili. Rezultati: Težave, ki se najpogostejše pojavljajo pri bolnici, oboleli z napredovalnim rakom dojke, so neznosne, stalno prisotne zbadajoče bolečine na mestu zasevanja raka v kosti, upad telesnih aktivnosti zaradi predpisane terapije, zaprtje, ki povzroča neugodje, ter depresija in strah. Večino naštetih težav je mogoče nadzorovati s predpisano terapijo in nefarmakološkimi ukrepi. Razprava in sklep: Napredovalni rak dojke je dokaj pogosto obolenje pri ženskah, ki lahko drastično spremeni kakovost življenja obolele, kar posledično negativno vpliva na potek in iztek bolezni. Medicinske sestre pri obravnavi predstavljajo pomembno vlogo usmerjanja in izvedbe zdravstvenovzgojnega dela bolnice in svojcev ter nudenja pomoči pri osnovnih življenjskih aktivnostih.

Title:Treatment of patient with bone metastatis in homecare
Abstract:Introduction: Characteristics of advanced breast cancer are metastases that spread to distant organs by hematogenous dissemination. Among the more common sites of inoculation are bones due to good blood circulation, where metastases cause thinning of the bone structure and consequent bone fractures and complications which can be life-threatening for the patient. The purpose of the final work is to investigate the comprehensive medical treatment of a patient with bone metastases in community care and to determine the quality of life of the patient in the home environment. Methods: We used a descriptive method of work and a qualitative methodology. We performed a case study of a patient with bone metastases in the home environment. The obtained data were studied, analyzed and presented descriptively. Results: The most common problems by a patient with advanced breast cancer are unbearable, persistent, stabbing pain at the site of bone cancer, decreased physical activity due to prescribed therapy, constipation caused by discomfort, and depression and fear. Most of these problems can be controlled with prescribed therapy and non-pharmacological measures. Discussion and conclusion: Advanced breast cancer is a fairly common disease in women, which can drastically change the quality of life of the patient, which in turn negatively affects the course and course of the disease. Nurses play an important role in the treatment, directing and carrying out the health education work of the patient and relatives, and providing care for basic life activities.
