Abstract:
Odpraševalni sistem ni nujna investicija, saj imamo lahko tudi sesalec, s katerim odpadni material posesamo in izpraznimo vrečko. Ampak po mojem mnenju se splača investirati v odpraševalni sistem, saj ga lahko pritrdimo na CNC-rezkalni stroj in lahko odstranjuje odvečni material med delovanjem stroja, kar nam posledično prihrani čas čiščenja in nam tudi ustvari čisto okolje. Odpraševalni sistem mora biti pravilno dimenzioniran glede na vrsto materiala (les, kovina), težo in velikost delcev, velikost prostora in tudi glede na obsežnost obdelovalnih strojev. Pomembna sta oblika odpraševalnega sistema, s katero omogočimo učinkovitost odstranjevanja odpadnih delcev, in tudi filter, ki je najpomembnejši element za odstranjevanje finih delcev, torej prahu, ki ga sploh več ne vidimo s prostim očesom, ampak se nam vseeno lahko nabira v pljučih ob vdihovanju ter povzroči zelo resne poškodbe in bolezni, če nimamo nameščenega pravilnega filtra.

Title:
Development of dust system for cnc milling machine
Abstract:
A dedusting system is not a necessary investment, as we can use a vacuum cleaner to remove the waste material and later empty the bag. In my opinion, however, it is sensible to invest in a dedusting system, which can be attached onto the CNC milling machine to remove excess material while the machine is running. This shortens the cleaning time and creates a cleaner environment for the workers. The dedusting system must be appropriately dimensioned with regard to the type of material that is being worked on (wood, metal), the weight and particle size, the space size and the proportions of machine tools. The design of the dedusting system is important, since it ensures efficient removal of waste particles, as is the filter, which is the most important element for removing fine particles, i.e. dust which is no longer visible to the naked eye, but which can nevertheless accumulate in the lungs and cause very serious injuries and diseases following inhalation unless we have a proper filter installed.
