Title:Pridobivanje, izbor in socializacija novih sodelavcev v pogojih dinamičnega poslovnega okolja na primeru podjetja x

Abstract:V današnjem dinamičnem poslovnem okolju prihaja do hitrih sprememb na vseh področjih, tudi na trgu delovne sile. Pridobiti, izbrati in socializirati nove zaposlene ostaja eden izmed glavnih izzivov, s katerimi se organizacije spopadajo. Optimizacija oz. učinkovita izvedba teh treh procesov lahko prinese veliko koristi tako organizacijam kot tudi novim zaposlenim, ki se bodo pri delu dobro počutili. V magistrskem delu smo se lotili obravnave vseh treh procesov posamezno ter predstavili načine, s katerimi lahko organizacije izboljšajo vključevanje novih zaposlenih. V sklopu teoretičnega dela smo predstavili metode za pridobivanje in izbiro novih zaposlenih ter strategije in taktike za socializacijo le-teh. Učinkovit program socializacije novih zaposlenih lahko prispeva k večji uspešnosti, boljšemu počutju in preprečevanju odhodov oz. fluktuaciji iz organizacij. V empiričnem delu smo raziskali omenjene procese na primeru podjetja X ter z analizo dokumentov in intervjuvanjem vodje kadrovske službe pridobili informacije, na podlagi katerih smo si ustvarili jasno sliko o dejavnosti podjetja na teh področjih. Ob morebitnih pomanjkljivostih smo podali predloge za izboljšanje procesa socializacije novih zaposlenih v podjetju X.

Title:Recrouting, selection and socialization of new employees in conditions of dynamic business environment on the case of company x
Abstract:In today's dynamic business environment, there are rapid changes in all areas, including the labour market. Recruiting, selecting and socializing new employees remains one of the main challenges facing organisations. Optimising or efficiently implementing these three processes can bring many benefits, both to organisations and to new employees who will feel good at work. In our master thesis, we look at all three processes individually, and present ways in which organisations can improve the engagement of new employees. The theoretical part we presented methods for recruiting and selecting new employees, as well as strategies and tactics for socialising them. An effective socialisation programme for new recruits can contribute to better performance, improved wellbeing and avoidance of departures or turnover from organisations. In the empirical part, we investigated these processes in the case of company X, and by analysing documents and interviewing the HR manager, we obtained information that gave us a clear picture of the company's activities in these areas. In the event of any shortcomings, we have made suggestions to improve the socialisation process for new employees at Company X.
