Abstract:
Delo obravnava načrtovanje in razvoj naprednega konfiguratorja vpenjalnih programov robotskih celic, ki deluje deloma na programljivem logičnem krmilniku in deloma na uporabniškem posluževalnem vmesniku v povezavi s podatkovno bazo. Slednja omogoča shranjevanje in urejanje podatkov ter generično beleženje zgodovine. Za lažje razumevanje so na začetku splošno predstavljene osnove robotskih celic, vpenjalnih programov ter posamezne komponente in delo z njimi. V nadaljevanju se rekonstruira delovanje obstoječega konfiguratorja in združi pridobljeno znanje v zaključeno celoto naprednega konfiguratorja, katerega namen je izboljšati učinkovitost, varnost in uporabniško izkušnjo ter tako ustvariti dodano vrednost. Rezultati testiranja, ki zaključijo nalogo, dokažejo, da so bili vsi cilji doseženi in konfigurator deluje nad pričakovanji.

Title:
Design and development of an advanced configurator for robot cells programs
Abstract:
The paper deals with the design and development of an advanced robot cell clamping configurator, which operates partly on a programmable logic controller and partly on a human-machine interface, in relation with a database. The latter allows you saving, editing and generic history logging. For easier understanding, at the beginning the basics of robotic cells, clamping programs and individual components are generally presented. In the following, the operation of the existing configurator is reconstructed and all newly acquired knowledge is combined in an advanced configurator, the purpose of which is to improve efficiency, safety and user experience, thus creating added value. Test results, that complete the task prove, that all goals were achieved, and the configurator works above expectations.
