Title:Pomen timskega dela v času COVID-19 epidemije

Abstract:Teoretično izhodišče: V času epidemije COVID-19 so posebno pripravljenost morali izkazati socialno varstveni zavodi. Zaradi pojava nove nalezljive bolezni so bile spremembe organizacije dela in stiske zaposlenih v ustanovah, kjer delajo z ranljivo populacijo oseb z motnjami v duševnem razvoju, zelo velike. V teh ustanovah je bila v tem obdobju izrednega pomena uspešnost spoprijemanja z vsemi novostmi odvisna od dobre organiziranosti in timskega sodelovanja vodilnih zaposlenih, in vodstva z zaposlenimi. Metode: V empiričnem delu raziskave smo uporabili metodo anketiranja. Pridobljene podatke smo analizirali s pomočjo metod opisne in sklepne statistike, statistično smo jih obdelali s pomočjo računalniškega programa IBM SPSS ter rezultate prikazali s pomočjo tabel in grafov. Preizkus statistične značilnosti razlik med skupinama vodij in ostalih zaposlenih v njihovi oceni timskega dela (RV1) smo opravili s pomočjo Mann-Whitneyevega preizkusa. Z χ2 preizkusom hipoteze enake verjetnosti smo preverjali, ali med odgovori anketirancev na vprašanje o pomembnosti prispevka posameznega dejavnika h učinkovitemu timskemu delu zaposlenih (RV2) kateri prevladuje. Odgovore anketirancev na vprašanja odprtega tipa smo analizirali s kvalitativno analizo. Rezultati: Rezultati so pokazali, da je bilo za zaposlene v času epidemije timsko delo izrednega pomena. Izpostavili so ključne dejavnike za uspešno timsko delo. Izkazalo se je tudi, da se vodje in ostali zaposleni razlikujejo v oceni timskega dela v ustanovi. Diskusija in zaključek: Zavedanje vodij in zaposlenih o pomenu timskega dela na vseh področjih je ključno za uspešno delovanje, sodelovanje in premagovanje stisk ob pojavu koronavirusne bolezni.

Title:The Importance of Teamwork during the COVID-19 Epidemic
Abstract:Theoretical framework: At the time of the COVID-19 epidemic, social care institutions had to demonstrate special readiness. Due to the emergence of a new infectious disease the changes in organisation of work and distress of employees in these institutions who work with a vulnerable population of people with mental disabilities were immense. In these institutions the success of coping with all the novelties during this period has been dependent on good organisation, as well as teamwork of senior staff and that of management with employees. Methods: In the empirical part of our research we used the survey method. The data acquired was analysed using the methods of descriptive and concluding statistics, they were statistically processed using the computer program IBM SPSS and the results were presented using tables and graphs. The test of statistical characteristics of differences between groups of managers and other employees in their assessment of teamwork (RV1) was performed using the Mann-Whitney test. With the χ2 test of the hypothesis of equal probability, we checked whether among the respondents’ answers to the question about the importance of the contribution of an individual factor to the effective teamwork of employees (RV2) any one prevails. The respondents’ answers to open-type questions were analysed through a qualitative analysis. Results: The results showed that teamwork was of paramount importance to employees at the time of the epidemic. They highlighted the key factors for successful teamwork. It also turned out that managers and other employees differ in their assessment of teamwork in the institution. Discussion and conclusion: Awareness of managers and employees about the importance of teamwork in all areas is key to successful functioning, cooperation and overcoming of hardships in the event of the occurrence of coronavirus disease.
