Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo izdelali relejno in programabilno logično krmilje za proces frezanja utorov. Proces smo vizualizirali z izdelavo simulatorja procesa, s katerim preko stikal in lučk prikazujemo različna stanja procesa. Oba tipa krmilij smo s pomočjo programskih orodij in industrijskega krmilnika povezali ter izvedli prikaz procesa na simulatorju. V sklepu smo naredili analizo in primerjavo krmilij ter ovrednotili prednosti in pomanjkljivosti obeh tipov krmilij.

Title:Relay and Programmable Logic Control of Milling Groove Process
Abstract:In the bachelor’s thesis we created a relay and a programmable logic control system for the milling groove process. The process is visualized by the making of a physical simulator, which signals different states of the process with lights and switches. We connected both of the control systems with the simulator using computer programming tools and an industrial PLC controller and simulated the process. In conclusion, we made the analysis and comparison between the two control systems and evaluated the advantages and disadvantages of both types.
