Abstract:Magistrska naloga temelji na zasnovi in izvedbi digitalnega dvojčka, ki jim pomen v industrijskem okolju vztrajno narašča. Njihov splošni osnovni namen je virtualno simuliranje oziroma napovedovanje obnašanja fizičnih procesov, storitev ali sistemov. V magistrski nalogi bo predstavljen razvoj digitalnega dvojčka preizkuševalne robotske celice za končne izdelke v programskih okoljih podjetja SIEMENS in UNIVERSAL ROBOTS. V dotični nalogi bodo na začetku predstavljeni posamezni sklopi sistema digitalnega dvojčka, ki se bodo na koncu združili v delujočo avtomatizirano celoto. Predstavljen bo cikel potovanja izdelka po transportnem traku v preizkuševalno celico, kjer se izvede preizkus kvalitete s pomočjo robotske roke UR.

Title:Design of a digital twin of a robotic cell for product quality control
Abstract:The master thesis is based on the design and implementation of a digital twin, the importance of which is steadily increasing in the industrial environment. Its general purpose is to virtually simulate or predict the behaviour of physical processes, services or systems. This thesis will present the development of a digital twin of a robotic test cell for end-products in SIEMENS software environments. The thesis will initially present the individual components of the digital twin system, which will finally be integrated into a working automated entity. The cycle of the product travelling on a conveyor belt to the test cell where the quality test is performed by the UR robotic arm will be presented.
