Abstract:
Ekološko kmetijstvo zagotavlja visokokakovostno in lokalno pridelano hrano, zato povpraševanje po ekoloških izdelkih in njihov trg rasteta hitro. V diplomskem delu smo izdelali preusmeritveni načrt za manjšo kmetijo Gerlič. S pomočjo metode kalkulacij skupnih stroškov smo za vsak kmetijski pridelek ocenili pomembnejše ekonomske parametre (vrednost proizvodnje, lastno ceno brez subvencij in lastno ceno s subvencijami, finančni rezultat, koeficient ekonomičnosti itd.). Kalkulacije so bile narejene za vsa tri obdobja pridelave na kmetiji (konvencialno obdobje, obdobje preusmeritve in obdobje ekološke pridelave). Rezultati analize so pokazali, da je preusmeritev kmetije Gerlič na meji ekonomske upravičenosti, kajti koeficient ekonomičnosti se iz 0,77 v konvencionalni pridelavi poviša na 1,02 v ekološki pridelavi – ob predpostavki vhodnih parametrov analize. Kljub temu da je pridelava na meji ekonomske upravičenosti, s pomočjo kalkulacij skupnih stroškov ugotovimo, da so koeficienti ekonomičnosti najvišji v obdobju ekološkega kmetovanja. V okviru raziskave je bila narejena SWOT analiza, kjer smo definirali prednosti, slabosti, priložnosti in nevarnosti za analizirano kmetijo.

Title:
An economic conversion plan to organic farming - a case study
Abstract:
Organic farming providing high quality and locally grown food. This is why the demand for organic products and their market is growing rapidly. In this diploma the conversion plan for the small Gerlič farm is presented. Using the method of calculating total costs, the most important economic parameters for each agricultural product were estimated (production value, own price without subsidies and own price with subsidies, financial result, economy coefficient, etc.). Calculations were made for three periods of on-farm production (conventional period, conversion period and organic production period). The results of the analysis showed that the reorientation of the Gerlič farm were on the verge of economic justification, because the economy coefficient increases from 0,77 in conventional production to 1,02 in organic production - assuming the input parameters of the analysis. Despite the fact that production was on the verge of economic justification, with the help of calculations of total costs, it was found that the coefficients of economy were highest in the period of organic farming. As part of the research, a SWOT analysis was performed, where we defined the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and dangers for the analyzed farm.
