Abstract:Farmacevtska industrija stremi k nenehnemu izboljševanju in optimiziranju pakirnih procesov. V podjetju Lek d. d. so nadgradnje in izboljšave nekaj vsakodnevnega, konkurenca je močna in časa za napake ni. Magistrsko delo opisuje primerjavo pakirne linije pred in po nadgradnji. S pomočjo ustrezne programske opreme in teoretičnega znanja smo prikazali spremembe nadgrajene pakirne linije. V nalogi so predstavljeni proizvodni sistemi v farmaciji in konkreten 3D model na primeru. Model smo s pomočjo programske opreme Inventor in Process Analysis simulirali, analizirali in interpretirali rezultate.

Title:Upgrade of packaging line in pharmaceutical company
Abstract:The pharmaceutical industry strives for continuous improvement and optimization of packaging processes. In Lek d.d. modernizing and improving a business is something everyday, competition is fierce and there is no time for mistakes. The master thesis describes comparison of packaging line before and after upgrading. With the help of appropriate software devices and theoretical knowledge, we showed the changes of upgraded packaging line. In master thesis is presents production systems in pharmacy and concrete 3D model on the example. The model wassimulated, analyzed and the results interpreted with Inventor and Process Analysis software. The main goal of this master thesis is upgrade packaginig line and relieve other existing lines. This upgrade will allow greater flexibility in product packaging and thus higher packaging speed. Due to the limited space, the optimal layout of the machines will be achieved. With the upgraded line, we will be able to pack products from all over the world, regardless of the complexity of each market.
