Title:Možnosti uporabe internetnih tehnologij za učnikovit management dobavnih verig

Abstract:V magistrskem delu smo obravnavali napredne internetne rešitve in njihovo neizogibnost v dobavnih verigah. Namen dela je izpostaviti pomembnost uporabe naprednih tehnoloških rešitev, temelječih na internetnem omrežju, v logistični industriji in dobavnih verigah. Temo smo obravnavali predvsem iz vidika managementa dobavnih verig, ki je še dokaj neznan pojem, vendar vse pomembnejši za podjetja, ki želijo delovati optimalno in se zavedajo pomembnosti dobre dobavne verige pri poslovanju. Dobavne verige, internet in tehnologija so gonilo današnje globalizacije, zato smo izpostavili pomembnost slednje v logističnih sistemih. Razvoj naprednih tehnologij namreč vse bolj razodeja pomankljivosti in neučinkovitost tradicionalnih dobavnih verig. Pomen vključevanja naprednih tehnoloških rešitev v dobavne verige smo preučevali predvsem z vidika finančnih prednosti in zmanjševanja tveganj. V magistrsko delo smo zajeli priložnosti, ki jih nudijo tehnološke rešitve za upravljanje dobavnih verig, kot tudi nevarnosti s katerimi se lahko podjetja soočijo. Ker je logistična industrija ena izmed največjih onesnaževalk našega planeta, pomen trajnosti pa čedalj bolj odmeven, smo obravnavali internetne rešitve kot temelj za vzpostavitev trajnostne logistike. Pogledali smo tudi v bližnjo in daljno prihodnost dobavnih verig.

Title:Possibilities of internet technology usage for efficient supply chain management
Abstract:In the master's thesis, we discussed advanced internet solutions and their importance in supply chains. The purpose of this papar is to highlight the importance of using advanced tehnologies that are based on the internet network in the logistc industry and supply chains. We disscused the topic mainly from supply chain management point of view, which is still a relatively unknown concept, but increasingly important for companies that want to operate optimally and are aware of the importance of a good supply chain in business. Supply chains, the internet and advanced technologies are the drivers of globalization as we know it today, so we highlited the importance of latter in logistic systems. The development of advanced technologies is increasingly revealing the shortcomings and inefficiencies of traditional supply chains. The importnace of integrating advanced technological solutions into supply chains was studied primarily in terms od financial benefits and risk reduction. In the master's thesis, we covered the opportunities offered by technological solutions for supply chain management, as well as the threats that companies may face. As the logistics industry is one of the biggest polluters of our planet, and the importance of sustainability is gaining ground, we have considered internet solutions as the foundation for establishing sustainable logistics. We also looked to the near and distant future of supply chains.
