Abstract:Glavni cilj diplomskega dela je bil analizirati zadovoljstvo gluhih in naglušnih oseb z vsebinami na javnih televizijskih programih RTV SLO in spletni strani Dostopno.si. V teoretičnem delu smo s pomočjo dostopne literature preučevali in analizirali vlogo in delovanje javnega RTV-servisa v odnosu do deprivilegirane skupine v družbi, medtem ko smo v praktičnem delu uporabili metodo analiziranja rezultatov spletnega anketnega vprašalnika. Namenjen je bil gluhim in naglušnim osebam, reševale so ga lahko tudi slišeče osebe. S pomočjo analize smo dobili podatke o zadovoljstvu občinstva z vsebinami na javnih televizijskih programih RTV SLO in spletni strani Dostopno.si.

Title:Slovenian sign language and its usage on public broadcasting service in Slovenia (RTV SLO)
Abstract:The main question of the thesis was, how satisfied are the deaf and the hard of hearing people, with the public service television programmes on RTV SLO and on the website Dostopno.si. With this question, the thesis is divided in two parts – the first part was the theoretical part, in which we studied and analyzed the role and operation of the public service broadcaster in relation to the underprivileged group in society with the help of available literature; the second part was the practical part, in which we used the method of analyzing the results of an online questionnaire. The thesis includes an online questionnaire that was mainly aimed at deaf and hard of hearing people, but it was also open to people with normal hearing. With the results of the survey, it can be concluded that the deaf and hard of hearing people are quite satisfied with the content on RTV SLO's public service television programmes and with the content of the website Dostopno.si.
