Abstract:
Bolečina predstavlja veliko breme predvsem kritično bolnim bolnikom, ne samo zaradi intenzitete bolečine, temveč tudi zaradi pogoste nezmožnosti izražanja stopnje bolečine. Temeljito znanje in dobra ozaveščenost medicinskih sester sta ključnega pomena pri kakovostnem obvladovanju bolečine. Namen zaključnega dela je ugotoviti, kakšno znanje o bolečini imajo medicinske sestre v EIT.

Abstract:
Pain is a complex problem experienced by almost every patient. Thorough knowledge and good awareness of nurses is the basis of good pain management. The purpose of this study is to find out how much knowledge nurses in the intensive unit have.
