Podatke smo analizirali in prestavili s pomočjo grafov in tabel. Uporabili smo deskriptivne in inferenčne statistične metode.

Title:Nurse communication barriers in family medicine clinic
Abstract:Background: Communication barriers cause a given message not to be delivered as intended. Obstacles can arise in all communication processes from the sender, recipient or from the environment. Our purpose of the final work is to investigate what are the communication barriers of a nurse in a family medicine clinic. Methods: The research of the final work was based on a quantitative research methodology, with which we wanted to obtain data on the communication barriers of a nurse in a family medicine clinic. As a research tool, we used a questionnaire, which was compiled on the basis of professional literature. The data were analyzed and moved using graphs and tables. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used. Results: We found that nurses, on average, perceive communication barriers well but often do not have enough time and skills to respond appropriately. We calculated that 58% of respondents believe that they are not sufficiently educated for cases where a communication barrier arises. Discussion and conclusion: More research should be done in the field of identifying communication barriers in nursing. Additional training of nurses on coping with emerging communication barriers in their work would also be needed.
