Abstract:
Svet se je v bližnji preteklosti spopadel z razmerami na katere nihče ni bil pripravljen. Prilagoditve so bile potrebne na vseh področjih življenja, izjemen udarec pa so doživela vsa svetovna gospodarstva ter podjetja, ki igrajo vlogo v teh gospodarstvih. Zaradi močnega vpliva razmer na podjetja smo v delu diplomskega projekta ugotavljali, kako so se podjetja morala prilagoditi in kakšen učinek je imel management človeških virov pri prilagajanju podjetji. Naredili smo podrobno analizo razmer, ki so se pojavile, bolezni ter s pomočjo študije primerov še učinek na podjetja ter management človeških virov. Na podlagi rezultatov smo ugotovili, da podjetja niso bila pripravljena na hitre spremembe ter, da se je vloga in način delovanja managementa človeških virov spremenil.

Title:
Influence of coronavirus sars-cov-2 on human resources management
Abstract:
In the recent past the world has been dealing with circumstances in wich no one was prepared. Adaption was necessary in all aspects of life yet the biggest blow was dealt by the economies and the companies in wich they play the part. In this graduate project, due to the strong impact, we determined what effect human resource management had on adapting to companies. We made a detailed analysis of the situation and the diseases that arose and with the help of a case study, the impact on companies and human resource management. Based on the results we concluded that the companies were not ready for the rapid changes and that the role in the way human resource management works, has changed.
