Abstract:V magistrskem delu smo proučevali medijsko pismenost generacije Z v odnosu do post digitalne družbe.

Title:Media literacy of young people in relation to the post digital world
Abstract:We have been researching media literacy of the generation Z in relation to post-digital society in the master's thesis. Generation Z includes people that have been growing up with technology, which is the basis of the post-digital society. We have done a questionnaire in the empirical part of the thesis, where we have been researching if gender and age influence the perceived level of media literacy. We have also been interested if the time spent on social media by the user, influences the perceived level of media literacy. We have also been measuring if the peers influence the user's self-evaluated level of artificial intelligence literacy. The results have shown that women have higher level of perceived media literacy in comparison to men. The research has also shown that age of the user also influences his readiness for artificial intelligence perception. The results of the master's thesis can serve as the basis for further research and preparation of artificial intelligence literacy indicators.
Keywords:media literacy, post-digital society, generation Z, literacy of artificial intelligence.
