Abstract:V diplomskem delu je opis načrtovanja obdelovalne celice za elektrokemijsko erozijo steklo in predelave 3D tiskalnica v to celico. Elektrokemijska erozija je postopek pri katerem s pomočjo iskre in plinskega filma erodiramo obdelovanec in v neprevoden material kot je steklo graviramo vzorce ali luknje. Naprava je sestavljena iz dveh elektrod, premične glave s orodjem, napajalnika in potopnega bazena za obdelovanec. Tekom izdelave diplomskega dela smo v steklo izrisali vzorce in izdelali serijo lukenj od 0,2 do 2 mm premera.

Title:Planning and fabrication of electrical glass erosion device
Abstract:Diploma describes the design of electrochemical glass erosion device and implementation of said design on a 3D printer. Electrochemical erosion is a process of machining holes and paterns in non-conductive materials such as glass with spark assisted explosions of gas film. The device consists of 2 electrodes, moving tool head, power supply and a chamber in which the glass substrate is submersed. During the course of diploma we made several holes ranging from 0,2 to 2 mm in diamater and diffrent paterns on the glass surface.
