Abstract:Osrednji cilj magistrske naloge je načrtali kompleksnejši virtualni industrijski proces in ga izdelali v programskem okolju »Factory I/O«. Za izdelani industrijski proces je izdelan krmilnik v programskem okolju »FluidSim«. Povezava krmilnika in virtualnega industrijskega procesa je izvedena s komunikacijskim protokolom OPC Data Access. Na koncu bo izvedena simulacija industrijskega procesa, s katero bo preverjeno pravilno delovanje sistema.

Title:Creation and control of a virtual industrial process using software tools Factory I/O and FluidSim
Abstract:The main goal of this master's thesis is to plan a complex virtual industrial process and create it in the software environment called "Factory I / O". In connection to the industrial process, a controller is built in the "FluidSim" software environment. The link between the controller and the virtual industrial process is established using the OPC Data Access communication protocol. Finally, a simulation of the industrial process is performed to verify the proper operation of the created system.
