Abstract:Za uspešno mednarodno poslovanje je pomembno, da poznamo poslovno okolje in njegove sestavine. Med slednje spadajo dimenzije političnega, pravnega, ekonomskega, družbenega, tehnološkega in naravnega poslovnega okolja. Poslovno okolje se razlikuje od države do države. Bistvenega pomena v mednarodnem poslovanju je tudi poznavanje poslovne kulture. V današnjem svetu je za podjetje izredno pomembno, da pozna kulturo tuje države, če želi biti tam uspešno. V sklopu poslovne kulture je treba poznati njene ključne sestavine, kot npr. vrednote, običaje, navade, delovne prakse, poslovno komunikacijo, pomembnost prostora in časa ter poslovna pogajanja. Nova Zelandija je ena izmed najbolj privlačnih držav na svetu za tuja podjetja. Z dolgoletno stabilno gospodarsko rastjo je dobra izbira za širitev poslovnih dejavnosti. Vlada je naklonjena tujim podjetjem in tujim naložbam ter vlagateljem ponuja varno poslovno okolje in spodbude. Trg Nove Zelandije je zelo raznolik in odziven. Prebivalci so odprti do tujcev in vedno pripravljeni sodelovati.

Title:The analysis of business environment with the emphasis on business culture of New Zealand
Abstract:For a successful international business, it is important to understand the business environment and its elements. Among the latter belong the dimensions of political, legal, economic, social, technological, and natural business environment. The business environment is different from country to country. It is also very important in international business to understand business culture. Nowadays, a company needs to understand the culture of a foreign country if it wants to be successful there. When it comes to business culture, it is important to know its main elements, e.g. values, customs, habits, work practices, business communication, the importance of place and time, and business negotiations. New Zealand is one of the most attractive countries in the world for foreign companies. With positive economic growth over the years, it is a good choice to expand the business. The government is fond of foreign companies and foreign investment and it offers to investors a safe environment and support. The market of New Zealand is very diverse and responsive. The residents are open to foreigners and are always ready to cooperate and work with them.
