Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo opisali osnovne definicije zadovoljstva zaposlenih na delovnem mestu in pojasnili, kako lahko podjetje spodbuja zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. S pomočjo razne literature smo navedli definicije motivacije zaposlenih v podjetju. V empiričnem delu smo izvedli spraševanje za zaposlene v podjetju in naredili analizo o tem, kaj dejansko motivira zaposlene v podjetju k boljšemu delu in kako so zadovoljni z naštetimi dejavniki v podjetju.

Title:Analysis of employee satisfaction in company x
Abstract:In this diploma thesis we have described the basic definitions of employee satisfaction at the workplace and explained how a company can enhance the satisfaction of employees. With the help of various literature, we defined employee motivation in the company. Employee workplace satisfaction is related to motivation. If employees are not motivated to work, there is a high probability that they will not be satisfied. In the empirical part of diploma thesis, we implemented a survey and analysed what actually motivates employees and how satisfied they are with the factors they had rated. It is known that motivated employees are also more satisfied in the company and consequently perform their work more successfully. The analysis revealed that respondents are the least satisfied with the salary and have the least motivation when they have to cooperate in a team. Respondents are most satisfied with their working hours, with their superiors and in general with the work they do. They evaluated the regular monthly income as their greatest motivation.
