Abstract:
Diplomsko delo prikazuje postopek pridobitve certifikata varilnega postopka. Za izvedbo eksperimentalnega dela naloge smo uporabili varilni talon iz jekla S960QL, ki je bil zavarjen z MAG postopkom varjenja. Želeli smo prikazati celoten postopek, ki je predpisan za pridobitev certifikata, zato smo v ta namen pripravili ustrezne preskušance, kot jih predpisuje standard. Izvedli smo neporušne raziskave; preskus s tekočino ter ultrazvočno preiskavo zvara in porušne raziskave; meritev trdote, natezni preskus, Charpyjev preskus, upogibni preskus in pregled mikrostrukture. V laboratoriju smo izvedli vse predvidene meritve in jih primerjali z dopustnimi, da smo preverili, ali ustrezajo predpisom. Za zaključek smo naredili še posnetke loma vzorca pri Charpyjevem preskusu ter analizo podatkov, ki jih je med testiranjem zajel senzor.

Title:
Verification of welding procedure of steel S960QL
Abstract:
To begin with, the aim of my diploma thesis is to describe the procedure of earning the welding procedure certificate. In order to carry out an experimental part of my thesis, a working test piece made of steel S960QL has been used. It has been welded with the MAG procedure. We have wanted to show the whole procedure as it is set for earning an official certificate. Therefore, we have prepared work-pieces in a workshop, and then we have carried out firstly, the non-destructive researches such as a penetrant testing and an ultrasonic test of welding and secondly, the destructive researches such as a hardness measurement, a tensile testing, the Charpy pendulum impact test, a bending test and a review of microstructure. All of the measures have been taken in a laboratory and there they have been compared to the permissible ones to check if they pass the standards. In the end, there have been some photos of the crack of the test piece at the Charpy impact test taken. Moreover, a special sensor on the testing machine has recorded certain data and their analysis has been done as well.
