Abstract:Celotno lansko leto je zaznamovala pandemija koronavirusne bolezni covid-19, ki se je razširila po vsem svetu in nas prisilila v nov način življenja, ki ga nismo bili vajeni. Enako velja za podjetja in celotno gospodarstvo, ki se je moralo prilagoditi novim razmeram in priporočilom glede poslovanja. Povečala se je brezposelnost, po nekaj letih je bilo ponovno opaziti upad bruto domačega proizvoda v gospodarstvu. V diplomskem delu obravnavamo situacijo zaposlovanja in ukrepov podjetij in države za zajezitev širjenja bolezni covid-19. Z intervjujem smo raziskali, kako je pandemija vplivala na rast in razvoj podjetja ter na strukturo zaposlenih glede na njihovo stopnjo izobrazbe. Ugotovili smo, da lahko podjetje ob nastopu krize začasno ustavi razvoj ali naredi korak nazaj, da oceni svojo situacijo, hkrati pa poskrbi za svoje zaposlene in jim zagotovi čim boljše pogoje za opravljanje svojega dela.

Title:The impact of covid-19 pandemic on employment in Iskra ISD d.o.o.
Abstract:The whole of last year was marked by a pandemic of the virus, which spread all over the world and forced us into some new way of life that we were not used to. The same is true for companies and the economy as a whole, which has had to adapt to new conditions and business recommendations. Unemployment has risen, and after a few years we have seen a decline in GDP again. In the diploma work we discuss the whole situation related to the employment and measures of companies, countries to curb the viral disease covid-19. With the help of an interview, we were able to do research on how the pandemic affected the growth and development of the company and the structure of employees according to their level of education. We found that when a crisis occurs, a company can temporary stop it's growth or take a step back to assess its situation, while taking care of its employees and providing them with the best possible conditions for doing their job.
