Title:Aplikativni primer razmeščanja delovnih mest s pomočjo računalniške podpore : magistrsko delo

Abstract:Magistrsko delo obsega teoretično področje oblikovanja proizvodnih sistemov kot študijo aplikativnega primera. Osnovni problem aplikativnega primera je predstavljala razmestitev delovnih mest v proizvodnem procesu. Primer je podprt z uporabo analitičnih preračunov (izračuni za planiranje kapacitet, diagram toka, OD-KAM matrika, trikotna metoda) in razširjen s pomočjo računalniških okolij, kot so Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical in Autodesk Process Analysis. Kljub izvedenim analitičnim izračunom je uporaba simulacijskih okolij omogočila prikaz morebitnih težav delovanja proizvodnega sistema, katerih s samo uporabo analitičnih metod ne zaznamo oz. izpustimo. Primer obsega izvedbo treh simulacijskih scenarijev, kateri kljub pomanjkanju specifičnih podatkov sistem dodobra opišejo in pripomorejo k boljšemu razumevanju delovanja proizvodnega sistema. Po uspešno zaključenih izračunih in simulacijah so predstavljeni dobljeni rezultati, ki so tudi ustrezno analizirani in ovrednoteni.

Title:An applied example of layout planning with the software tools
Abstract:The master's thesis covers the theoretical area of production systems design and a study of applied example. The basic problem of the applied example was the layout planning in the production process. The example is supported with analytical calculations (capacity planning calculations, flow diagram, FROM-TO matrix, triangular method) and extended by computer environments such as Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD Mechanical and Autodesk Process Analysis. Despite the performed analytical calculations the use of simulation environments made it possible to show some problems in production system, which are with the use of analytical methods release or not detected. The example involves the implementation of three simulation scenarios, which, despite the lack of specific data describe the system well and contribute to a better understanding of production system. After successfully completed calculations and simulations, the obtained results are presented, analyzed, and properly evaluated.
