Abstract:UVOD: Pandemija COVIDA-19 je presenetila celoten svet in v zelo kratkem času je bilo treba reorganizirati bolnišnični sistem. Namen zaključnega dela je analiza poteka priprave bolnika in operacijskih prostorov za operativni poseg. METODE: S pomočjo kvantitativne metode smo v kliničnem okolju spremljali in analizirali, kako poteka prevoz bolnika ter pripravo operacijske dvorane in zaposlenih na tak poseg. REZULTATI: Ugotovili smo, da je za obravnavo bolnika, ki je okužen s koronavirusom, potreben multidisciplinaren pristop, ekipa mora biti seznanjena z ustreznimi smernicami in tako kot delo samo, dobro organizirana. Izpostavili pa smo tudi težave, s katerimi se srečuje osebje pri obravnavi takega bolnika. RAZPRAVA IN SKLEP: V razpravi smo pregledali ustrezno strokovno literaturo, ki se nanaša na perioperativno obravnavo bolnika okuženega s koronavirusom. Obravnava takega bolnika zahteva nove intervencije, kot so pravilna uporaba osebne varovalne opreme, organiziranost poti prevoza, ustrezna organizacija in lokacija operacijske dvorane, na koncu pa - ustrezna higienizacija in razkuževanje hodnikov, dvigala in operacijske dvorane.

Title:Perioperative preparation of a patient with covid-19 infection
Abstract:INTRODUCTION: The COVID-19 pandemic surprised the whole world and in a very short time it was necessary to reorganize the hospital system. The purpose of the final work is to analyze the course of preparation of the patient and operating rooms for surgery. METHODS: With the help of a quantitative method, we monitored and analyzed how the transport of the patient, the preparation of the operating room and employees for such a procedure in the clinical environment. RESULTS: We found that a multidisciplinary approach is needed to treat a patient infected with coronavirus the team must be familiar with the relevant guidelines. We have highlighted the difficulties faced by staff when they are treating such patient. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION: In the discussion, we reviewed the relevant professional literature relating to the perioperative treatment of a patient infected with coronavirus. The treatment of such a patient requires new interventions, such as the correct use of personal protective equipment, organization of transport routes, proper organization and location of the operating room, and finally proper hygiene and disinfection of corridors, elevators and operating rooms.
