Abstract:
Čas je eden od pomembnejših dejavnikov pri merjenju uspešnosti vsakega podjetja, saj je edina konstantna komponenta. Zato je še kako pomembno, kako podjetje razporedi razpoložljiv čas, saj se vsaka pridobitev ali izguba časa pozna potem tudi v bilanci podjetja. Zato smo se osredotočili na rešitve problema, kako pridobiti nekaj časa oz. kako neko opravilo opraviti hitreje kot se trenutno opravlja. Priložnosti za to smo iskali v oddelku logistike podjetja Mark Metal d.o.o., kjer smo dobili vpogled v nekatere procese dela. Opazovali smo zaposlene pri delu, ter z metodo merjenja merili porabljen čas za opravilo priprave dobavnice za izvoz gotovega materiala. Ugotovili smo, da je trenutna metoda izpolnjevanja tabele na listu papirja zamudna, zato smo iskali predloge za izboljšanje trenutnega procesa. Vpeljava črtne kode se nam je zdela zanimiva in inovativna rešitev, katero smo podrobneje predstavili in preučili vpliv te rešitve na opazovan proces.

Title:
Implementation of barcode into the mark metal warehouse
Abstract:
Time is one of the most important factor of every successful company and the only constant component. It is very important how the company schedule their available time, because every profit or loss of time affects the company balance sheet. In that case, we focused on solving problem of how to reduce some time or how could we do the same task more quickly than they do it now. We focused on logistics department of company Mark Metal d.o.o., where we got the insight of some work processes. We observed employees at their tasks, and measured time for task preparation of a delivery note for the export of finished material, where we figured out, that the process of filing in the table with hand is very delayed, so we wanted to fixed it. Introduction of bar code was interesting and innovative, so we examined more details and examined the impact of this solution to the observed process.
