Uporabljen je bil anketni vprašalnik – Dejavniki, ki vplivajo na obravnavo kroničnih in akutnih ran »Factors influencing the treatment of chronic and acute wounds«.

Title:Factors that influence the treatment of chronic and acute wounds
Abstract:Introductions: There are many factors in our lives that influence the course of healing and treatment of chronic and acute wounds and that are intertwined. Wounds represent a public health problem and a great burden on the health system, as nowadays the number of patients with chronic and / or acute wounds is only increasing. The purpose of the study is to determine whether modern dressings contribute to faster wound healing and how much of an impact they have on the patient's healing time associated with the disease. Methods: The study involved 65 nurses in family medicine clinics and community nurses. The survey questionnaire - Factors influencing the treatment of chronic and acute wounds was used. IBM SPSS 20 and Microsoft Office Excel computer programs were used for data processing. Results: It was found that using modern dressings, wounds heal faster, as the difference in % was statistically significant (p < 0.001). We found that the time of wound healing is not affected by the associated disease that the patient has, in addition to the wound (p = 0.413). Discussion and conclusion: Chronic wounds are a major public health problem, as wound treatment itself is a complex process. It covers the factors that affect the formation of the wound, the treatment of the wound itself, the course of healing and, ultimately, the treatment. It is desirable that this task be a starting point for further research in this area.
