Abstract:V diplomskem delu je predstavljena postavitev in načrtovanje nove proizvodne linije gredi v podjetju GKN Driveline Slovenija. Poudarek je na tehnološki dokumentaciji, saj jo je treba prilagoditi procesu izdelave gredi. Zaradi visokih zahtev kupcev in konkurenčnosti na trgu je bilo treba pripraviti dokumentacijo v skladu z različnimi standardi podjetja in metodo za analizo možnih napak in njihovih posledic (FMEA). Moja naloga pri projektu je bila predvsem izdelava slikovnih planov za vse operacije, skupinska izdelava planov nadzora ter izdelava analize možnih napak in njihovih posledic za proces (PFMEA) na proizvodni liniji gredi. Poleg tega sem skonstruiral in pripravil nekaj procesnih komponent, pomagal pa sem tudi pri pisanju krmilnih programov in nadzoru delavcev pri procesu izdelave gredi. S svojim delom sem pripomogel k hitrejši pripravi procesa za serijsko proizvodnjo in hkrati potrdil zastavljeno tezo, saj smo z osvojitvijo procesa novega proizvoda dosegli konkurenčnost na trgu in s tem pridobili nova delovna mesta.

Title:Process Planning for the Production Line of Shafts
Abstract:The diploma work presents the layout and planning process of a new shaft production line in the GKN Driveline Slovenia company. The emphasis is put on technological documentation, which must be adapted to the shaft production process. Due to demanding customer requirements and competitiveness in the market, the documentation had to be prepared in compliance with different standards of the company and by adopting the failure mode and effects analysis method (FMEA). In the project, I had the task to develop image plans for all operations, to participate in group development of control plans and to conduct a process failure mode and effects analysis (PFMEA) on the shaft production line. Additionally, I designed and prepared some process components, assisted in developing control programs and kept control over workers during the shaft production process. With my work, I contributed to a faster process preparation for serial production and confirmed the set hypothesis, as we achieved competitiveness in the market by implementing a new production process, thus creating new employment opportunities.
