Abstract:Za vsako organizacijo je zelo pomembno, koga vključuje v svoje okolje, zato mora biti proces kadrovanja učinkovit. V diplomskem delu smo skušali ugotoviti, kakšen je proces kadrovanja v drugih organizacijah in stopnjo zadovoljstva novo zaposlenih kadrov naravoslovnih ved v podjetju Iskraemeco, d.d. Diplomsko delo smo razdelili na dva dela, in sicer na teoretičnega in empiričnega. V teoretičnem delu smo raziskovali proces kadrovanja, pridobivanja, selekcije in planiranja kadrov, psihometrična testiranja, vpeljevanje novo zaposlenih ter upravljanje talentov. V empiričnem delu smo z anonimnim anketnim vprašalnikom preverjali zadovoljstvo novo zaposlenih kadrov naravoslovnih ved, kaj je pomembno za dolgoročno sodelovanje, kakšne so prednosti zaposlitve in kako vidijo proces zaposlovanja, selekcije in vpeljevanja kadrov naravoslovnih ved v podjetju Iskraemeco, d.d.

Title:Hiring employees from natural science degree in company Iskraemeco d.d.
Abstract:Every organization considers it very important who it brings into its working environment, and therefore places great importance on ensuring the efficiency of its recruitment process. The aim of the thesis was to study the recruitment process in other organizations as well as the satisfaction of new employees with scientific educational background at Iskraemeco, d.d. The thesis was divided into two parts, the theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part investigates the process of HR recruitment, acquisition, selection, and planning, psychometric tests, new employee onboarding, and talent management.
