Abstract:
Uvod: Meritev gleženjsko-brahialnega indeksa (GI) predstavlja diagnostično metodo ugotavljanja bolezni perifernih arterijah spodnjih okončin. Začetni namen te študije je bil, raziskati in predstaviti napake meritev, ki se lahko pojavijo na tej avtomatski napravi. Metode: Uporabili smo avtomatski merilnik AMPI MD. Preiskovancem smo neinvazivno izmerili arterijske tlake na okončinah nog in roki. Naprava je dobljene vrednosti tlakov preračunala v vrednost GI. Vsakemu preiskovancu smo izvedli štiri meritve GI v zaporedju: meritev po protokolu, menjava manšete med levo in desno nogo, premikanje med meritvijo in telesna dejavnost pred diagnostičnim postopkom. Rezultati: V raziskavi je sodelovalo pet udeležencev moškega in ženskega spola, povprečne starosti 35 let. S pridobljenimi rezultati meritev smo ugotovili, da je največ napak v rezultatu pri menjavi leve in desne manšete na nogi. Ugotavljamo, da napravo ni priporočljivo uporabiti pri pacientih s tresavico, saj se odzove z opozorilom (NAPAKA). Telesna dejavnost pred meritvijo se odsvetuje, saj lahko poda lažne normalni GI. Razprava in sklep: Na splošno lahko sklenemo, da ima pri izvedbi diagnostičnih meritev z avtomatskim merilnikom GI velik pomen predhodna umiritev pacienta, da so lahko rezultati, v mejah normale vitalno funkcijske vrednosti (krvni tlak, dihanje in srčni utrip). Dosledna izvedba meritev. Naprava je bolj primerna za hitro pridobitev rezultatov v referenčnih ambulantah in ne pri pacientih z že diagnosticirano boleznijo.

Title:
Tehnology measurement ankle-brachial index with using automated meter abpi md
Abstract:
Introduction: Measuring the ankle-brachial pressure index represents the first diagnostic method of identifying peripheral artery disease in the lower limbs. When measuring with device measurement errors may occur. Primary purpose of this study was to research and present them. Methods: We used measuring device ABPI MD. We measured the arterial pressure in the legs and arms of our healthy volunteers. Device calculated the obtained values into the ABPI values. For each volunteer we took four measurements of the ABPI: a measurement according to protocol, replacement of the cuff between the left and right leg, movement during the measurement and physical activity before measurement. Results Five volunteers participated, male and female, average age was 35 years. We found that most errors occurred when changing the cuffs on legs. Device is not recommended for patients with tremor, as the device responds with an error. Physical activity immediately before the measurement is not suggested as it can give false values. Discussion and conclusion: To conclude, when performing diagnostic measurements it´s important that patient is calm and the values of their vital functions (blood pressure, respiration, heart rate) are in normal limits. The device is more suitable for obtaining results in reference clinics and not with diagnosed patients.
