Abstract:
Glavni problem, s katerim se srečujemo v podjetju, je preveč reklamacij. To prinaša nezadovoljstvo strank in partnerjev ter povzroča nepotrebne stroške. V diplomski nalogi smo analizirali število reklamacij v skladišču, pa tudi izven njega. Stroškovno smo jih ovrednotili z enotami in prikazali rezultate. Našteli smo predloge izboljšav, za katere mislimo, da bi pripomogli k zmanjšanju reklamacij. Implementacija nekaterih bi k temu zagotovo pripomogla, odvisno pa je, kolikšni sta naložba in želja vodilnih za zajezitev problema. Na koncu predstavimo ugotovitve ter lastno mnenje o pogojih za uvedbo in možnostih nadaljnjega razvoja.

Title:
Reducing the number of complaints by introducing more appropriate packaging in eti elektroelement d.o.o.
Abstract:
The main problem we face in the company is the excessive number of complaints. The problem brings dissatisfaction to customers and partners and causes unnecessary costs. In the diploma we analyzed the number of complaints in the warehouse as well as outside of it. We evaluated them in terms of units and presented the results. We’ve listed suggestions for improvements that we think would help reduce complaints. The implementation of some would certainly contribute to this, but it depends on how much investment and the desire of leaders to contain the problem. Finally, we present the findings, our own opinion on the conditions for introduction and possibilities for further development.
