Abstract:Magistrsko delo obravnava proces optimizacije avtomatskega nanosa 2D kod za sledenje končnim izdelkom v proizvodnji liniji podjetja Lek d. d. Predstavljen sta sistema kanban in e-kanban ter primerjava med sistemoma. Opisan je proces zagotavljanja sledljivosti in tehnologije povezane z zagotavljanjem sledljivosti. Prikazan je pomen programske opreme za vodenje proizvodnje, povezava med njimi in princip načina vodenja proizvodnje v podjetju Lek d. d. V nalogi je predstavljen proces poteka pakiranja in različne tehnologije označevanja za sledenje končnim izdelkom, kar je predmet obravnave naloge.

Title:Process optimization of printing and labeling 2d codes for tracking products on a production line in lek d.d.
Abstract:This work deals with the process optimization of printing and labeling 2D codes for tracking products on a production line in Lek d. d. Kanban and e-kanban systems are described and compared. The process of ensuring traceability and technologies that implement traceability are described. The importance of production management software, the connection between manufacturing execution system, enter prise resource planing, supervisory control and data acquisition and the principle of production management in Lek d. d. is shown. The work presents the process of packaging and various labeling technologies for tracking products.
