Abstract:Vzdrževanje strojev predstavlja zelo pomemben del v proizvodnih linijah, kjer morajo stroji nenehno obratovati zaradi visokih zahtev in pričakovanj na trgu. Nepravilnosti in dolgi zastoji zaradi nepričakovanih okvar lahko povzročijo velike stroške v podjetju, posledično pa tudi izgubo potencialnih kupcev. V diplomskem delu sem v ta namen predstavil uvajanje preventivnega vzdrževanja neposredno za nov papirni stroj, ki ga trenutno postavljamo. Največji del stroja predstavljajo vodilni in tehnološki valji, ki morajo biti ustrezno vzdrževani, da ne pride do strojeloma. Izdelal sem register vzdrževanih naprav in uvedel standardno proceduro za posamezno aktivnost. V programskem okolju ACP sem analiziral najpogostejšo okvaro na področju klobučevine in s pomočjo vzdrževalcev podal možno rešitev, da bi se tej težavi na novem papirnem stroju izognili.

Title:Introduction of preventive maintenance on a paper machine pm 5 in company paloma, d.d.
Abstract:Machine maintenance is a very important of production lines, where machines have to operate continuously due to high demands and expectations in the market. Irregularities and long shut-downs can lead to high costs in the company and consequently the loss of potential customers. For this purpose, I presented the introduction of preventive maintenance directly for the new paper machine that we are currently installing. The largest parts of the machine consist of guide and technological rollers, which must be properly maintained to prevent machine shut-down. I create a register of maintained devices and introduced a standard procedure for each activity. In the ACP software, I analyzed the most common failure in the field of felt and with the help of maintainers provided a possible solution to avoid this problem on a new paper machine.
