Abstract:Velikokrat v življenju smo slišali izraze, kot so: »ta človek je slab vodja« ali »rojen vodja« in podobno. V zgodovini in dandanes so vodje in šefi ipd. pomemben del življenja v izobraževalnih ustanovah ali v delovnem okolju, vodstvo je eden izmed najpomembnejših dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na to, ali skupinska dejavnost uspe ali propade. V tem diplomskem delu je prikazana raziskava na področju povezave osebnosti s slogom vodenja. Prvi del raziskave predstavlja, kaj sploh je osebnost kot psihološki fenomen in kaj vpliva na človekov razvoj osebnosti. V praktičnem delu je predstavljeno, kakšen vpliv ima osebnost na človekov slog vodenja. Izvedeni so bili intervjuji, prek katerih smo definirali, kako se osebnost vrednoti pri slogu vodenja. Drugačne osebnosti imajo drugače miselne procese in s tem drugačne pristope k motiviranju podrejenih.

Title:Impact on Personality on Style of Leadership
Abstract:We often hear expressions such as “this person is a bad leader” or “a born leader”, etc. Throughout history and today, leaders and bosses, etc. have always played an important role in educational institutions or in the work environment; leadership is one of the most important factors that determines whether a group activity will succeed or fail. The diploma thesis presents a research examining the correlation between personality and leadership style. The first part of the research discusses the personality as a psychological phenomenon and what influences a person's personality development. The practical section presents the impact of personality on a person's leadership style. Interviews were conducted which helped to define how personality is evaluated in the context of a leadership style. Different personalities have different thought processes and consequently different approaches to motivating their subordinates.
