Abstract:
Diplomsko delo predstavlja razvoj mikrokrmilniško vodenega napajalnika za požarne sisteme, ki je zasnovan tako, da je v skladu z vsemi trenutno veljavnimi predpisi ter s standardom SIST EN 54-4. Požarni sistem je sestavljen iz požarne centrale, ki krmili številne dodatne naprave (sirene, bliskavke, ključavnice …), ki pa pogosto potrebujejo dodatno napajanje. Dodatni napajalniki so ustrezno razporejeni po objektu in zagotavljajo ustrezno napajanje naprav iz dveh virov. V primeru izpada primarnega vira, sistem preklopi na baterijsko napajanje. Dodatni napajalniki nadzirajo, polnijo in vzdržujejo vgrajeno svinčevo baterijo, hkrati pa nadzirajo vse pomembne napetosti, preklapljajo med primarnim in baterijskim napajanjem. V standardu EN 54-4 je zahtevano tudi, da mora imeti dodatni napajalnik vsaj en izhod, s katerim lahko preostalemu delu požarnega sistema javi napako v delovanju. Mikrokrmilniško voden napajalnik za požarne sisteme je sestavljen iz standardnega industrijskega napajalnika, mikrokrmilniške kartice, ožičenja, ohišja ter svinčeve baterije. Na pokrovu ohišja je vgrajena tudi čelna plošča za prikaz stanja. V delu je opisan razvoj od osnovne ideje do končnega izdelka. Podani so tudi primeri problemov, vključno s certifikacijo izdelka pred komercialno uporabo.

Title:
Microcontroller controlled power supply for fire systems
Abstract:
Diploma thesis presents the development of a microcontroller-controlled power supply for fire systems, which is designed to comply with all current regulations and the standard SIST EN 54-4. The fire system consists of a fire control panel, which controls a number of additional devices (sirens, flashes, locks,…), which often require additional power. Additional power supplies are appropriately distributed throughout the facility and provide adequate power to devices from two sources. In the event of a primary power failure, the system switches to battery power. Additional power supplies monitor, charge and maintain the built-in lead-acid battery, while at the same time monitoring all important voltages, switching between primary and battery power. Standard EN 54-4 also requires that the additional power supply must have at least one output with which it can report a malfunction to the rest of the fire system. The microcontroller-controlled power supply for fire systems consists of a standard industrial power supply, microcontroller card, wiring, housing and lead-acid battery. There is also a front panel on the housing cover to display the status. The work describes the development from the basic idea to the final product. Examples of problems are also given, including product certification before commercial use.
