Abstract:V diplomskem delu je predstavljen vpliv drobne reciklirane odpadne gume kot delne zamenjave drobnega mineralnega agregata. Z drobno mleto reciklirano gumo smo nadomeščali 5, 10, 15 in 20 volumskih odstotkov drobnega agregata V mešanico smo dodali še hiperplastifikator, zadrževalec vezanja in mikrosiliko. Preskušanci so bile kocke dimenzij 150 x 150 x 150 mm.

Title:Influence of recycled waste rubber as fine aggregate on the properties of high-strength concrete
Abstract:The diploma thesis presents the impact of fine recycled waste rubber as a partial replacement of a fine mineral aggregate. Finely ground recycled rubber was used to replace 5, 10, 15 and 20 % by volume of the fine aggregate. A hyperplasticizer, retarding agent and microsilica were added to the mixture. The test samples were cubes measuring 150 x 150 x 150 mm. The main goal of the diploma work was to prove that concretes with finely recycled rubber can achieve a compressive strength of high-strength concretes, which according to SIST EN 206-1 must be greater than 55 MPa. The results of the experimental analysis showed that the recycled rubber particles did not have a significant effect on the workability of the fresh concrete mixes. As the amount of rubber particles increased, the density, compressive strength and dynamic modulus of elasticity of hardened concrete decreased, but nevertheless the compressive strengths greater than 55 MPa were achieved, thus confirming the thesis.
Keywords:Concrete, rubber, compressive strength, rubber in concrete, rubber concrete, high-strength concrete.
