Abstract:
Vzdrževanje ima pomembno vlogo v vsaki organizaciji, saj zmanjšuje stroške, veča učinkovitost in krajša čas zastojev. Podjetje, ki uporablja sistem preventivnega vzdrževanja na osnovi stanja opreme, ostaja konkurenčno. V podjetju Paloma d.d. je zbiranje podatkov omejeno, zato sedaj izvajanje preventivnega vzdrževanja ni mogoče. V diplomskem delu sem predstavil, kako poteka tok informacij na področju vzdrževanja med vodstvom in zaposlenimi. Analiziral sem končno poročilo podjetja VOITH in s pomočjo mentorja presodil, kje v podjetju je potrebna reorganizacija dela. Podal sem tudi dve možni rešitvi problema, in sicer uvajanje sistema preventivnega vzdrževanja ter »outsourcing« oddelka vzdrževanja.

Title:
Analysis of the maintenance management process in Paloma d.d.
Abstract:
Analysis of the maintenance management process in Paloma d.d. Maintenance plays an important role in every organisation, because it reduces costs, increases efficiency and reduces machine standstill time. A company that uses a PdM system stays competitive. In Paloma d.d. the information collection process is limited, therefore a preventive maintenance system cannot be fully implemented. In my dissertation I presented the information flow between the management and the employees. Analysed the final report from VOITH and with the help of my mentor assessed the need for reorganisation of the maintenance department. I also presented two possible solutions to the problem, gradual implementation of predictive maintenance and outsourcing of the department.
