Abstract:
Dandanes informacijska razvitost predstavlja eno izmed ključnih točk pri uspešnosti podjetja. Manjša podjetja, katera delujejo izven urbanih mest, se tega ne zavedajo in informatiko zanemarjano. Posledice so lahko nedoseganje zastavljenih ciljev in manjša konkurenčnost na trgu. V svoji diplomski nalogi sem pod drobnogled vzel podjetje Novohlad. Ko sem analiziral njihove poslovne procese in izrabo informacijskih rešitev, sem ugotovil, da podjetje uporablja zelo malo informacijskih rešitev in poleg tega njihovo delo otežuje zastarela strojna oprema. V podjetju se srečujejo tudi s slabo internetno povezavo in varnostjo. Cilj diplomskega dela je bil ozavestiti podjetje in implementirati informacijske rešitve, katere so izboljšale produktivnost, varnost in dostopnost. Te izboljšave sem dosegel z menjavo delovnih postaj, celotne prenove lokalnega omrežja podjetja, vpeljavo avtomatiziranih programskih rešitev, postavitve mrežnega strežnika in sistema za evidentiranje zaposlenih. Podjetje je z vpeljavo mojih rešitev postalo veliko bolj konkurenčno in varno. Z določenimi rešitvami sem pohitril njihove poslovne proces od naročila do izvedbe in prodaje. Direktorica podjetja ima sedaj tudi večji nadzor nad zaposlenimi, hitrejšo dostopnost do podatkov in odlično informacijsko in organizacijsko urejenost podjetja.

Title:
Reengineering of information system in novohlad d.o.o. company
Abstract:
Nowadays information development is one of the key points for company's success. Smaller companies operating outside the urban areas are unaware of this fact and are neglecting their IT. The consequences may show in not reaching their goals and being less competitive on the market. In my diploma I took a closer look at the company Novohlad. When I analyzed their business processes and the use of information solutions, I found that the company uses very little information solutions and in addition, their work is hampered by outdated hardware. The company also faces poor internet connectivity and security. The aim of the thesis was to raise awareness and implement information solutions that have improved productivity, security and accessibility. These improvements were achieved through the replacement of workstations, the complete redesign of the company's local network, the introduction of automated software solutions, the deployment of a network server and an employee registration system. With the introduction of my solutions, the company has become much more competitive and secure. With certain solutions, I have accelerated their business process from order to execution and sales. The company director now also has more control over employees, faster access to data and excellent information and organization of the company.
