Title:Vsebnost fosforja v različnih delih hibridnih rastlin bezga

Abstract:V sklopu diplomskega dela smo analizirali vsebnost fosforja v koreninah, poganjkih, lubju, listih, pecljih ploda, socvetjih in jagodah hibridnih rastlin bezga. Kislinski razklop vzorcev je bil narejen na Fakulteti za kemijo in kemijsko tehnologijo Univerze v Ljubljani. V raztopinah vzorcev smo s pomočjo molekulske absorpcijske spektrometrije izmerili koncentracijo fosforja. Povprečna vsebnost fosforja v lubju je bila 2,32 mg/g, v poganjkih 2,12 mg/g, v pecljih ploda 5,96 mg/g, v koreninah 3,62 mg/g, v listih 2,96 mg/g, v jagodah 2,62 mg/g in v socvetjih 4,49 mg/g. Ugotovili smo statistično značilno korelacijo v vsebnosti fosforja med posameznimi analiziranimi deli rastline. Rezultati kažejo, da obstajajo med različnimi deli rastline razlike v vsebnosti fosforja.

Title:Phosphorus Content in Various Parts of Hybrid Elderberry Plants
Abstract:In the context of the presented thesis, we analyzed the phosphorus content in roots, shoots, bark, leaves, fruit stalks, inflorescences and berries of hybrid elderberry plants. The acid decomposition of samples took place at the Faculty of Chemistry in Chemical Technology, University of Ljubljana. The phosphorus concentration was determined in sample solutions by molecular absorption spectrometry. The average phosphorus content in the bark was 2.32 mg/g, 2.12 mg/g in the shoots, 5.96 mg/g in the fruit stalks, 3.62 mg/g in the roots, 2.96 mg/g in the leaves, 2.62 mg/g in the berries and 4.49 mg/g in the inflorescences. There was a statistically significant correlation in phosphorus content between various analyzed parts. The results show that there were differences in phosphorus content among different parts of plants.
