Abstract:
Danes imamo na voljo številne možnosti prevoza, med katerimi so nizkocenovni prevozi močno razširjeni v turistični industriji. Eden izmed tovrstnih ponudnikov je tudi podjetje GoOpti, ki se ukvarja s prevozništvom. V tem diplomskem delu sem preučil področje prevozništva in obstoj različnih prevoznih sredstev ter njihove prednosti in pomanjkljivosti. V drugem delu naloge pa podrobneje predstavim enega od ponudnikov prevoznih storitev, podjetje GoOpti, razloge za njihov uspeh, izzive ter splošne elemente, ki vplivajo na uspeh in konkurenčnost tovrstnega nizkocenovnega prevoznika. Osredotočim se tudi na njihov poslovni model ter preverim, kateri so glavni elementi modela nizkocenovnega prevozništva ter v luči trenutne krize zaradi koronavirusa poskušam osvetliti še element tovrstne grožnje ter ukrepe podjetja v izogib izgubi poslovanja in prihodkov zaradi krize.

Title:
Logistic services company go - opti
Abstract:
Nowadays there are a number of transport options available, among which the low-cost transport is widely spread in the tourism industry. One of such providers is also the transport company GoOpti. In this final thesis I analysed transport and the existence of different means of transport, and its advantages and disadvantages. In the second part of the thesis I present one of the transport service providers in more detail, the company GoOpti, the reasons for their success, challenges and general elements that affect the success and competitiveness of this low-cost carrier. I also focus on their business model and check what are the main elements of the low-cost transport model, and in light of the current coronavirus crisis I try to shed attention on the element of such threat and the company's measures to avoid loosing business and revenues due to the crisis.
